We offer several different forms from a low mp, ez cutz, summer formulation which is a harder wax.
What warmer works best for your wax?
Hot plate or tea light melters offer the strongest scent throw for my waxes, while others will work they simply do not get hot enough to push the fragrance throughout your home.
How long does your wax need to cure?
We recommend 2 weeks cure time. The longer it sits the stronger it will get!
Lost - Missing- Damaged Packages
At 804ESCENTIALSLLC, we understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with package theft. Unfortunately, porch pirates have become all too common in today's world. While we strive to provide excellent service and ensure the safe delivery of your orders, we want to remind you that once your package leaves our hands, we have zero control over its fate.
It's important to note that USPS does offer insurance on priority mail packages. However, it is rare for them to honor claims for items marked as delivered. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for stolen items once they have been marked as delivered.
If you encounter a situation where your order shows as lost in transit, we are more than happy to assist you in filing a claim. However, please understand that if a package is stolen from your home, we cannot reship it at our cost.
If theft is a common occurrence in your area, we strongly recommend taking additional precautions to protect your shipments. Here are some tips:
- Consider having your orders shipped to a post office box. This way, you can pick up your packages directly from the post office, reducing the risk of theft.
- Request that your package is held at your local post office. This allows you to personally collect your order from a secure location.
- Install security cameras or a video doorbell to deter potential thieves and capture any suspicious activity.
- Consider using a package delivery locker service if available in your area. These lockers provide a secure location for package drop-offs.
While we understand that these measures may be inconvenient, they can significantly reduce the risk of package theft. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and worry-free as possible.
